A legal disclaimer

Deposit is required for scheduling of introductory session and cancellation assurance. Deposit is fully refundable, for any cancellations made within 14 days of purchase, or within 48 hours after the initial introductory session if services are not to continue. Deposit goes towards the full price if services are kept. This package includes a minimum of '10' one-on-one sessions, and may be extended free of charge as needed per individuals understanding of the program, or until clients success. One-on-one sessions may be fully satisfied through zoom, other video conference platform, and/or in person. In-person sessions shall be scheduled 14 days prior to scheduled date and may be deemed to additional charges. 
 

*REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS* 

1) Purchaser shall already have $100k minimum to invest. Funds are not 'actually' invested, however requisite for programs licensure and development. Imagine the possibility of increasing your income tenfold without actually investing your money?

2) Own property outright, own a home with a mortgage, have a rental property, or able to rent a property. Such as a single-family home, condo, townhome, etc,.
